Settlement concerning Mirza Muhammad Sadiq's house boundries and the shares of Shaykh Abu Turab's inheritors, 1856
Demarcating the house of Mirza Muhammad Sadiq [possibly the cousin of Shaykh Abu Turab], determining the shares [of his brothers and cousins] and the shares of the inheritors of the late Shaykh Abu Turab. Shaykh Muhammad Husayn, Shaykh Muhammad Hashim, and Shaykh Zayn al-‘Abidin [Shaykh Abu Turab's brothers], as the guardians of the underage children; Shaykh Yahya on behalf of the adult children; and ‘Abd al-Riza on behalf of Shaykh Abu Turab's wife [‘Izzat Nisa’ Baygum], the daughter of Haj Mir Mu’min, settled on these divisions.

Settlement of inherited properties, 1868 and 1885
The mother of Aqa Lutf‘ali, daughter of Haji Muhammad Andani, was his inheritor and when she died, her sister Jan Jan Khanum, daughter of Haji Muhammad and wife of Karbalayi Abu Talib, became the inheritor. On March 18, 1868, Jan Jan Khanum settled her inherited properties with children of the late Fath‘ali, with two-thirds going to Aqa Muhammad ‘Ali and one-third going to Baygum Jan Khanum, in exchange for four hundred and twenty tumans; one hundred dinars was set for the detriment clause. Haji Mulla Husayn's settlement, 1884
The document reads, in part: Haji Mulla Husayn, the preacher, settled his property in Sarshur district to his two underage sons, Aqa Shaykh Muhammad Baqir and Aqa Shaykh ʻAbd al-ʻAli. Until thirty years from the date of this document, the benefits of the settled property are for Haji Mulla Husayn. When he dies and the underage children come of age, with the knowledge of their mother, who will oversee the execution of the will, they have to pay 200 tumans of the benefit as Khums [religious tithe] over the course of four years, paying 50 tumans each years. Dividing the inheritance of Sa‘id al-Mulk's daughters, 1874
Sa‘id al-Mulk's landed properties are divided among his three daughters, who have inherited them. Husaynquli Khan and Mirza Salih Khan represent their wives (Sa‘id al-Mulk's daughters) and Shahzadah Khanum represents Nusrat al-Dawlah, who is the guardian of the underage Zinat Taj Khanum. The document lists the properties and shares of each party; part of the shared property remained undivided for everyone's benefit.

Deposition about owing money to Bibi Khanum, 1856
Deposition by Mirza ‘Ali Muhammad Munshi, regarding his debt to the children of Isfandiyar Khan Qarahbaghi. He promises to pay one hundred and two tumans and two hundred and fifty dinars to Bibi Khanum, Isfandiyar Khan's daughter, and Hasan Bayg Qarahbaghi, who has the power of attorney from Isfandiyar Khan's underage son, in six months.

Regarding a settlement between ‘Ali Asghar and his daughter Khadijah, 1891
According to a separate settlement, dated 1879, ‘Ali Asghar, son of Haji Muhammad Taqi Baqqal [the grocer], settles all his properties and a small house endowed by his father along with parts of the Jalal Abad farm near Kirman, to his daughter, Khadijah. Ghulam Husayn, his nephew, also has signed it. Here, in the first document, in 1891, a condition is added that whenever ‘Ali Asghar’s child from his temporary wife reaches adulthood, Khadijah Khanum pays her/him forty tumans.
